Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through aurevita.co and any related sales channels operated by Aurevita LLC.

1. Order Processing Time
- - Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- - During peak periods, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be extended by 1–3 business days.
- - You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another email when your order ships with tracking information (if available).
2. Shipping Regions
We currently ship to:
- - United States (contiguous states)
- - Selected international destinations (including Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, and Australia)
If shipping to your country is not available at checkout, we unfortunately do not ship there at this time.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated transit times begin after your order has been processed and handed to the carrier.
- - United States: approx. 3–7 business days
- - Canada: approx. 5–10 business days
- - UK & EU: approx. 5–12 business days
- - Australia: approx. 7–14 business days
Please note:
- - These are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control.
- - We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- - Destination
- - Order weight/size
- - Selected shipping method
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions or minimum-order thresholds. These will be clearly displayed on-site and/or at checkout.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number (if available for your country and method).
- - Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after you receive your tracking link.
- - If your tracking does not update after several days, please reach out to us at info@aurevita.com with your order number.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For orders shipped outside the United States:
- - Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and handling fees may be charged by your local customs office or carrier.
- - These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.
- - Aurevita is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing in your country.
If you refuse to pay customs fees and the package is returned to us, a refund may be issued minus original shipping costs and any return or customs fees charged back to us.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
- - If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@aurevita.com with your order number and correct address.
- - If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update the address.
- - If the order has already shipped, Aurevita is not responsible for packages lost or delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can:
- - Reship the order to the correct address (additional shipping fee may apply), or
- - Issue a refund minus the original shipping cost, once the package is received back and inspected.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Aurevita is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your order:
- - Shows as delivered but you did not receive it:
+ Please check with neighbors, family members, building management, or your local post office/carrier first.
+ If still not found, contact us at info@aurevita.com, and we’ll do our best to assist. - - Arrives damaged:
+ Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the outer packaging, the shipping label, and the damaged product(s).
+ We will review your case and may offer a replacement or alternative resolution at our discretion.
9. Order Changes & Cancellations
Because we aim to process orders quickly:
- - We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed.
- - If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us at info@aurevita.com as soon as possible with your order number.
- - If your order has already entered processing or shipped, it may not be possible to cancel or change it. In that case, please refer to our Refund/Return Policy once you receive the order.
10. Pre-Orders & Out-of-Stock Items (If Applicable)
From time to time, we may offer pre-order items or accept orders for temporarily out-of-stock products.
- - Estimated ship dates will be noted on the product page.
- - Your payment method may be charged at the time of purchase to reserve your item.
- - If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, all items may ship together once the pre-order item becomes available (unless otherwise specified).
