Refund - Return Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through aurevita.co and any related sales channels operated by Aurevita LLC.

1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love your experience with Aurevita. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • - The product must have been purchased directly from aurevita.co
  • - The request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
  • - We may require photos, order details, and/or additional information to process your request

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

2. Returns & Refund Eligibility

For safety and hygiene reasons, and in compliance with supplement industry regulations:

  • - Opened or used supplement products cannot be returned to our facility.
  • - However, they may still qualify for a refund through our satisfaction guarantee.
  • - Unopened items may be eligible for a return upon approval.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that fall outside our policy or show signs of abuse.

3. How To Request a Refund

To start a refund request, please email:

Include:

  • - Your order number
  • - Full name and email used at checkout
  • - Reason for the request
  • - Photo(s) of the product (if requested)

Our support team will respond within 24–48 business hours with next steps.

4. Return Shipping (If Applicable)

If your refund request requires you to return an unopened product:

  • - You will receive return instructions and a return authorization.
  • - Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to:
    + A damaged item
    + A wrong item received
    + A verified fulfillment error

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • - Photos of the product
  • - Photos of the packaging
  • - The shipping label
  • - Your order number

We will issue a replacement or alternative solution as quickly as possible.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Aurevita is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your order is marked delivered but you did not receive it:

  1. 1. Check with neighbors, household members, or building staff
  2. 2. Wait 24–48 hours (carriers sometimes scan before delivery)
  3. 3. Contact your local carrier/post office
  4. 4. Email us if you still cannot locate the package

We will assist to the best of our ability.

7. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved:

  • - Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your original payment method
  • - Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

If you do not see the refund after 10 business days, contact your bank first, then contact us for support.

8. Non-Refundable Items

The following cannot be refunded:

  • - Gift cards
  • - Free gifts or promotional items
  • - Orders returned without authorization
  • - Orders beyond the 30-day window
  • - Items purchased from unauthorized sellers or marketplaces

Only purchases made directly through aurevita.co qualify for refunds.

9. Cancellations & Order Changes

We aim to process orders quickly. Because of this:

  • - We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed
  • - If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request
  • - If the order has shipped, please refer to this Refund Policy once you receive the item

10. International Orders

International customers are responsible for:

  • - Customs fees
  • - VAT / duties
  • - Import taxes
  • - Additional carrier fees

These costs are non-refundable.

If a package is refused and automatically returned to us:

  • - A refund may be issued minus original shipping fees and any return/customs fees billed back to Aurevita
